Voltage Rating: Suitable for rated voltage 0.6/1kV.
Product Specifications: 1 to 5 cores, 1.5–630 mm².

Operating Characteristics

  • Flexible: The cable is flexible and can be wound on a cable drum, with a minimum bending radius ≤ 20D.

  • Smoke- and toxin-free during combustion: Insulation is made of inorganic (non-combustible) materials, producing no harmful gases when burning.

  • High overload capacity: The cable not only has a high current-carrying capacity but also significant overload capability.

  • Corrosion-resistant: Unlike organic-insulated fire-resistant cables, which sometimes require plastic or metal conduits (plastic may age and become brittle, metal may corrode), fire-resistant cables with a copper sheath do not require conduits. The copper sheath has excellent corrosion resistance.

  • Excellent shielding performance: When fire-resistant cables are installed in the same vertical shaft as information or control cables, the copper sheath effectively shields them, preventing interference with signal and control transmission.

  • High safety performance: Fire-resistant cables can continue supplying power under fire conditions, enabling operation of fire suppression equipment and reducing fire damage. The copper sheath is an excellent conductor, runs continuously along the full length of the cable, and ensures sensitive and reliable grounding protection.

  • Long service life: Inorganic insulation materials are heat-resistant and resistant to aging, giving these cables a lifespan many times longer than organic-insulated cables.

  • Easy transport and installation: Flexible fire-resistant cables and their installation accessories are similar to conventional cables, making handling and installation relatively simple.
